10 Halloween Activities that are a MUST for the End of October

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at SJU chapter.

1. Eastern State Penitentiary: Terror Behind the Walls

A must see haunted attraction around Halloween in Philadelphia! An actual haunted prison which was a jail to some of the worst prisons; you will be in for a scare. Eastern state was even voted one of the top-ranked Halloween attractions with different themes! If you wear a glow stick, you may even be separated from your group! If being separated from your group of friends is not your style; bring a big group of friends and buy your tickets online to save!   2. Linvilla Orchards

Pick your own apples and pumpkins right at Linvilla! I am originally from NJ and we don’t have anything like Linvilla in Jersey! Linvilla offers you everything from a beer garden, apple launching, petting zoo, a ton of different food options along with the best apple cider donuts! (If you get them cold be sure to throw em’ in the microwave to get a little warmed up!)
