I’ll just come out and say it… I am a sucker for a good romance movie. No matter how bad my day was, a romance movie makes me feel warm and fuzzy, and like all is well with the world.

With Valentine’s Day happening this week, I thought it was only fitting to compile a list of my favorite heartwarming romance movies. Whether you’re single, in a relationship, or have a complicated love life., your days can be spent watching movies reminding you why we celebrate love.

  1. Set it Up 2018

Set it Up is an adorable movie that follows two assistants, Harper and Charlie, in a mission to get their bosses to fall in love. There are romantic dates set up, a ton of comedy, and it is the perfect movie to watch this month!

  1. About Time 2013

About Time is one of my all-time favorite movies. It follows a man named Tim, as he finds out he has the ability to time travel along with the rest of his family. He is now able to change events in his life and eventually uses his ability to get the girl of his dreams.

  1. When We First Met 2018

When We First Met is about a guy named Noah and his best friend Avery. Noah has been in love with Avery pretty much since they met, and when she is engaged to another guy, he finds himself in a magical photo booth. He spends the rest of the movie trying to change the past so that Avery will fall in love with him. It is a super cute movie, with a surprising ending!

  1. Falling Inn Love 2019

Falling Inn Love follows Gabriela Diaz after she loses her job and goes through a breakup. She ends up winning an inn, which needs more work than she had expected. Along the way, she makes friends, grows as an individual, and finds unexpected love.

  1. To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before 2018

To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before is about a girl named Lara Jean, who writes love letters to the boys she likes. She never sends them and only writes them for her to see, but somehow they get sent out. This is a wholesome feel-good movie, and it is so fun watching Lara Jean navigate the chaos her letters unleash.

All of the movies mentioned in this article can be found on Netflix! Do you have any favorite romance movies? Tell us @hercampussjsu!
