To our valued readers: As our fall semester comes to a close, we wanted to express our gratitude for your loyalty and support. We, the staff of HC Simmons, love writing for you and are excited for what’s to come. This semester, we have accomplished so much because of you. We have gathered a loyal readership of Simmons students and doubled our team of amazing members. We have received lots of support over social media and held another successful Parks and Recfast event, as well as our first Swap N Shop Clothing Swap with your support.
We are also excited to announce that Ellie Faeth, class of 2022 and Julia Hansen, class of 2020, have been selected to replace Alyssa and Hailey as co-presidents starting in the fall of 2019! They are talented and dedicated and we know they will be great leaders of the chapter.
We also have some bittersweet news – our co-president Hailey got a job at the Her Campus office (yay!) but because of this, she sadly has to step down. She will still be involved and at every meeting, but will longer serve as co-president starting in the spring. We can’t wait for the spring semester, and already have a lot in store for the Simmons community. Thank you for being the best readers ever!
