Thanksgiving is just around the corner and if you follow the tradition, your family may take turns going around the table saying what they’re thankful for. Gratitude actually has scientifically-proven benefits for your mental health, so this practice isn’t all bad. However, if you’re struggling to come up with some things to say (my year hasn’t been that great, personally), here are 28 ideas for you to say on the 28th!
