These are my eight dinners and two desserts that are my all time favorite. Each one is different and each one is not hard to make.

Pizza

When I want it: During Lent when I cannot eat meat on Fridays.

Chicken Noodle Soup

When I want it: When I am sick or when it starts to get cold outside.

Mac and Cheese

When I want it: When it’s chilly outside.

Lasagna

When I want it: Around Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Fettuccine Alfredo

When I want it: When I want something creamy and rich to eat.

Chicken Pot Pie

When I want it: Around Christmas time.

Cheddar and Broccoli Soup

When I want it: Around the Holidays and other parties.

Pulled Pork

When I want it: When there’s not a lot of time to cook and I can just put everything in the slow cooker for a while and come back to it later.

Chocolate Cake

When I want it: When I want chocolate.

Magic Cookie Bars

When I want it: If I am in the mood for coconut and chocolate and want something chewy.

I hope you enjoy the recipes and found some you’d like to try out!
