Roll out the purple carpet because on Wednesday March 2nd the Theta Upsilon Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi and the Career Center are giving you, the Siena Saints, a fashion show. But this just isn’t any fashion show…
This is the annual Dress for Success fashion show. The Dress for Success organization is a global non-profit that empowers women to become economically independent by providing support, professional attire, and the tools to help women thrive in the workplace and life. The members of Delta Sigma Pi, America’s foremost professional business fraternity for men and women, will be the models. They will be walking down the runaways in a variety of different outfits that will help you nail that interview, land that job, and finally know what business casual actually looks likes. There will even be models showing off what NOT to wear and guest appearances from various professors from Siena’s School of Business.
Some of the looks seen in the show will be available for purchase at the Pop-Sales in the Foy Hall Lobby on Friday March 4, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and Saturday March 5, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
The Dress for Success fashion shows takes place on March 2nd at 9:00 p.m. in the Maloney Great Room. Tickets only cost $5 and can be purchased at the door or in advance from a Brother of Delta Sigma Pi. Doors open at 8:50 p.m. See you there!
