Taylor Swift is a role model for so many people. She’s been writing songs since she was a kid, and almost every song applies to most of her fan base. She is a person that many of us can easily relate to and look up to. Here are a few of her best songs, and the life lessons that came with them:
Fifteen – When you’re 15 you don’t know everything (even though you may think you do). When you’re 15, you will overcome that pain you feel, while learning lessons along the way.
Teardrops on My Guitar – Even though there are billions of people in the world, all you need is one to break your heart.
You Belong with Me – Even if you feel threatened by someone, or feel like certain people are better than you, don’t let it bother you. If you are meant for someone than go for it, because he probably wants you for YOU anyway.
Back to December – When you have something or someone in your life, be grateful for it, because you never know when it might be gone.
Should’ve said No – You should never let yourself be walked on or taken advantage of. Always stand up for yourself, even if it means cutting someone important out of your life.
Love Story – Even though love might be hard, and get a little confusing at times, use your judgment. If you think it’s worth fighting for, then fight for it.
Blank Space – “It’s gonna be forever, or its gonna go down in flames.” You’re not going to marry everyone you date. We all know relationships can end in only one of two ways, a breakup or a wedding.
Shake it Off – Some people in your life are not going to like you. People will be fake, and boys will break your heart, but you’re so much bigger than that. Shake it off, and don’t let it hurt you.
Bad Blood – Some people will hurt you, and you will have tension with them, but “band-Aids don’t fix bullet holes,” and there is so much more out there for you. Go experience it.
