Do they come in peace, or are they secretly planning for world domination beneath their human disguises? Here’s some celebrities I think could secretly come from outer space.

Jeff Goldblum

This one almost feels too obvious. In Earth Girls Are Easy (1988), Goldblum plays a quirky but incredibly charming alien making a pit stop to Earth to party it up and meet some babes. I’m convinced this role is semi-biographical. Case in point: the movie’s aliens have strange musical powers, and Jeff Goldblum is also an acclaimed jazz pianist!

Robert Pattinson

Last year’s GQ article where Robert Pattinson talks about his microwave pasta from hell told me absolutely everything I need to know about this man. It would take a lot to convince me that he isn’t an extraterrestrial being who is really struggling with the basics of being on earth, like eating and talking. At least he’s mastered the acting part!

Gwenyth Paltrow

Whereas the other two strike me as aliens trying to blend in with life on Earth, Gwenyth Paltrow seems to me like an alien trying to convince us to adopt living habits that originate on a distant planet. I mean, what is Goop??? How does the exploding vagina candle fit into the plan? If it’ll actually make my skin glow like that, take me to your leader.

I could go on and on about this. Does fame and fortune really just make celebrities live on a different planet than us common folk, or were they never on Earth to begin with? Either way, from Jurassic Park to The Lighthouse to Iron Man, these celebrities have made some movies that are, dare I say….out of this world!
