As most of you already know, if you have read some of my previous posts, I am all about taking care of my body. Not only what’s on the inside but what’s on the outside too! Once those colder months roll around, I find myself constantly wanting more hydrating, brightening and soothing products for my skin. Over the past few years I’ve experimented with all sorts of beauty products and remedies, in search of the perfect chilly-weather fix. So, here are some of my personal favorite fall and winter beauty products!
- Nivea ‘Smooth Sensation’ Body Lotion
During the fall and winter months my skin tends to get extremely dry! I naturally have pretty dry skin to begin with but during those colder months it gets even worse. Throughout the day I find myself wanting a little more hydration to prevent from any itchiness I might have. Lately, I have been enjoying the Nivea ‘Smooth Sensation Body Lotion’. It’s not too heavy and the scent reminds me of baby lotion so it’s not overpowering like some other lotions I have tried in the past!
- Tree Hut ‘Shea Sugar’ Body Scrub
There is nothing better than smooth skin, so to go along with your favorite body lotion you will need a good body scrub. Tree Hut’s ‘Shea Sugar Body Scrub is great! Not only is it affordable but it smells amazing.
- Look Beauty ‘Brightening’ Sheet Mask
One of my favorite things to do on the weekends is treat my skin to some sort of sheet mask. You can find them just about anywhere, from Target to Sephora. Currently, I am loving this one from Look Beauty, it helps brighten and hydrate my skin! So on those days when I’m not feeling my best, my skin is still looking its best!
- Nivea ‘A Kiss of Smoothness’ Lip Balm
Once again, another Nivea product! The Nivea ‘A Kiss of Smoothness’ lip balm is my absolute favorite. It’s hydrating and soothing! Nivea also has a variety of different scents and flavors to choose from.
- Soap and Glory ‘Hand Food’
The hand lotion above all hand lotions. Soap and Glory’s ‘Hand Food’, is without-a-doubt one of the best hand lotions I have ever tried. It smells like marshmallows and softens your skin almost instantly. In addition, it’s not extremely heavy or greasy, so you don’t have to worry about waiting a few minutes for it to soak into the skin.

Leave it to bareMinerals to create a product that is light and hydrating while still giving you the coverage you need. bareMinerals ‘Complexion Rescue Gel Cream’ is one of my favorite face products! It gives me the coverage I need without feeling heavy on the skin.
