This Year At The State Fair

Fried everything, beer garden and a perfect view of the Dallas skyline from the top of the Ferris wheel. The State Fair of Texas is only 20 days away so start looking for your stretchy pants!

According to bigtex.com, the fair will run from Friday, September 29- Sunday, October 22.

The gates will open at 7 a.m. daily and exhibits and food concessions will run from 10 a.m.- 9 p.m. on Sunday through Thursdays and 10 a.m.- 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

New foods to look out for:

Bacon Cream Corn

Sweet whole- kernel corn, parmesan cheese

and a rich cream sauce.

Chocolate Tease Wine Cooler:

Slushed wine with a chocolate drizzle.

State Fair Edible Cola:

Can’t find a trash can? No problem! Eat your cup after you finish sipping

on your refreshing sweet soda.

After you’re done binging all you can eat, head over to see a free concert performance.
