Driving is one of those things you don’t really think about has a child. Instead, you think, “I can’t wait until I have the freedom to go and do whatever I want, whenever I want.” But then you grow up, and very soon, you realize that you had it so good, being so carefree and not having to worry about anyone but yourself. It’s a natural part of our human tendency to not realize what we have until it’s gone.

During this holiday season, when many college students are coming home, a lot of us having a multiple hour drive, I’d like to take a second and just remind you that on your way, think of who you are and what Home means to you.

To me, home means family, love, and a meal besides ramen. If home means something else to you, I want you to find out what it isand appreciate the time that you’ve got with it.
