For as long as I can remember I have always had a dog in my life. In fact, I have 2 dogs right now. That being said, I very easily can call myself a dog person. I have always wondered what it would be like to have a cat when I was younger, but my parents just never really liked cats, so it was always out of the question to ask for one. It was only until my best friend got a cat that I realized, that even though I am a dog person, I am 100% a cat.

If I were to describe myself, I would say I am an independent ambivert who loves taking naps, which to me that honestly sounds exactly like a cat. Of course, dogs are happy, loyal, friendly balls of light and I do share some of those qualities. However, at the end of the day and deep down I’d rather be left unbothered until it’s time to eat and only socialize when I really want to.
