4. Becca – Shimmering Skin Perfector in Opal
Every MUA has Becca’s Opal in their collection and it can always be used as a go to for perfecting any look. This highlighter retails for $38, but is definitely worth every penny. An all time fave by many MUA’s, Kat Von D’s tattoo liner is all anyone ever talks about. With a precise brush tip, it is so easy to create a perfect wing!
