Let’s just get it out there: Valentine’s Day is a pretty polarizing issue. Either you love it or you hate it. Maybe you just ended things with your boyfriend of three years who you thought you might marry one day and the very idea of V-day makes you cringe (I mean maybe– there’s no way that’s just me). Or maybe you just got engaged. Maybe you’re somewhere in-between. Maybe you just love commercialization, or pink is your favorite color.  Whatever your situation or stance on this holiday, we can all agree to love it for the sake of this event!

This Friday evening, join us in Chattanooga for the Broken Hearts Ball, an evening of dancing and fun!  Your ticket includes complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres, and all proceeds benefit the Partnership Crisis Center for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence.  It’s an amazing organization where I had the pleasure of interning this summer, and I cannot imagine a better way to spend February 14 than by celebrating the amazing women I encountered there!

Be sure to purchase your ticket in advance, and contact Kelsey Koontz, Maria Stratienko, or Lacey Oliver for more information or about carpooling. Whether you are celebrating Valentine’s Day or Galentine’s Day, come with us to Stratton Hall to celebrate this fantastic organization and the women they empower. We’re sure it will be your new favorite holiday!
