The Bright Side

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Seton Hall chapter.

Well pirate people, as the saying goes “you win some and you lose some” and today’s game just happens to fall into the latter category. Although we all put in our best cheers, outfits, and hope into this game our Pirate players just couldn’t seem to pull it out. But it’s ok. We will survive. And there’s even some bright sides to this, we all got some really cute pictures at the game right? And, it was probably the biggest crowd our Pirates have had watch them play in a longgg time. Also, we had a pretty solid first half…it wasn’t all bad. The Nova game also brought our school together for a while. When’s the last time we had a line outside our box office at 9 am on a Monday in order to get a ticket to a game? So even though we may have not taken an official W at today’s game, I’d say the Pirates (players & students) took a lot of unofficial W’s. So keep the momentum rolling and come out to the Pirates next home game against Xavier this Wednesday at 7! Let’s go Pirates, am I right???
