Campus involvement: I am a trip leader for OAR (outdoor adventure and recreation), and I am also on the START committee for the SU gym. I also enjoy going to campus events organized by students such as D1 Improv. shows and Quadstock, and I danced in the Triangle Club Drag Show last spring quarter.

What 3 things would you bring with you to a deserted island? Art supplies, a good knife, and a form of water purification.
What’s your favorite part about living in Seattle? The close and easy access to fun activities.
Who inspires you in life? My parents, Tim Pate and Julia Longo. They are both very cool, and very good people.
