Fall is finally here which means it’s time to get into that spooky season spirit! From pumpkin spice everything to scary movie nights, Fall is hands down my favorite season. Even though it doesn’t look like we’re going to have our usual Halloweekend parties and group pumpkin patch dates, that won’t stop us from indulging in all things Fall! One of the best ways to experience all of the coziness October and November brings, is to decorate your room/dorm with Fall decor! Here are 5 Target must haves for your fall room.

  1. Woven Pumpkin Spice Figurine

The most iconic fall decor item is of course, pumpkins! These little woven pumpkins would look great on any desk or shelf. They add the perfect touch of fall while adding a boho chic flare!

  1. Mini Opal House Candles

Give off an instant fall vibe with these mini candles! The second you walk into your room, you’ll smell your favorite fall scents (they have so many)! These are perfect for those cozy late nights studying. One of my favorites is the Cinnamon Pumpkin Muffin candle!

  1. Rope Rainbow Hanging Decorative Wall Art

I didn’t know boho fall could be a thing but I’m not complaining! This cute rope rainbow is the perfect addition to any room-I just had to buy it myself! Macrame is super in right now but can be a little expensive. This is only $8 and is perfect for a subtle fall aesthetic.

  1. Ghost Icicle Incandescent String Lights

Light up your room with these mini ghosts! String lights are super popular in dorms but these little ghosts are adorable. They would look great hanging above a window or your bed! Turn them on, and have a scary movie night!

  1. Witches Brew Camper Mug

Last but not least, you can never go wrong with a halloween themed mug! Fuel up and start off your fall morning with some “witches brew”. Maybe add some pumpkin spice creamer?

Rachel Herrera

Hi! My name is Rachel Herrera and I'm majoring in Communication with a minor in Theatre Arts at San Diego State University. I was born and raised in San Diego and love exploring my favorite city! I have a passion for the arts, activism, faith, and finding the best avocado toast SD has to offer. I love to sing, act, dance, read, and I'm currently trying (struggling) to learn how to play the guitar. On the weekends, you can find me at work, aka a birthday party playing your favorite Disney Princess! Writing has always been a creative outlet for me and I'm excited to be apart of the Her Campus community!
My name is Katherine Chen, in HerCampus I was a writer and a Campus Correspondent. I really enjoy writing and it's a big part of who I am as a person. Outside of writing I enjoy ballet, playing the piano or guitar, I also enjoy hanging out with a good book and binge watching TV shows!
