Studying is a task that is essential to surviving college but usually ends up feeling like nothing but a stressful burden. One night my freshman year of college I was feeling anxious and wanted some relaxing songs to listen to, so I decided to make a playlist. I didn’t know what to name it, so I went with the first word that popped into my head at the time, “yes.” I have kept the name the same ever since and it has become a way for me to be positive affirmation, stay focused, and keep motivated while I am studying.
