With finals just around the corner, this is definitely a stressful time for everyone. There’s just a final stretch before you can enjoy your holiday season in peace. Here are just a few tips to get you through the next few days!

1.  Organize Yourself!

Highlighters, planners, binders, sticky notes! Use anything that will put you in that mindset that you’re prepared to study. Organizing will make you feel more put together and prepared.2. Take A Step Back

With everything that you need to get done, it can seem so overwhelming to get everything done in time. Don’t forget to take a step back every now and then and reassess. Prioritize what needs to be done and focus on what’s important!

3. Exit Netflix

Procrastination haunts us all! It is definitely a lot more fun to wait for those 10 seconds to automatically play the next episode instead of looking over your biology notes. It’s okay to watch an episode or two, but you just have to force yourself to close that tab and continue studying! It’ll pay off in the end and you have all of break to catch up of the episodes you missed.

4. Take Some Time for Some Self Care

I know it’s a stressful time and there’s so much to do, but it’s so important to take some time to relax! If all you do is study nonstop, you’re guaranteed to be exhausted for your finals. So get some sleep, eat some snacks, even go to the gym! Anything that will let you destress for a bit of time.
