How I take care of my mental health

With such a busy schedule sometimes, I forget to take breaks, these are just a few things I do to take care of my mental health:

  • Facetime family or friends from home
  • Take spin classes 
  • Do yoga 
  • Watch a show or movie
  • Get dinner with friends
  • Stop at Starbucks for a pick me up

It is so important to take breaks and focus on your mental health even if you have a busy schedule.
