There comes a time in your life when you realize all the toxic people and habits present in your daily life. Some toxic people drive you to develop toxic habits. The most toxic habit you can have is denying you even have said toxic habit. People who are toxic don’t support you when you need it; they don’t truly care if you succeed. In fact, they would rather you fail, so that you fall back on them. They can be so manipulative that you might truly believe their words to be sincere at times. You might actually falsely see these people as your friends. These people aren’t always easy to pick out. Sometimes they’re family members, a significant other, even a best friend. No matter what significance they have in your life, they can be replaced. You cannot help these toxic people no matter if you think you can. These people need to help themselves but they for the most part do not care to. In order to obtain the blissful life you deserve, you need to call these people out and distance yourself from the toxicity. Be your own best friend.
