This past weekend, Her Campus SCAD had the amazing opportunity of participating in sidewalk arts festival in Downtown Savannah, GA. We were given the chance to design a square on the path of beautiful art, and promote our group. While we were there, we handed out goodies to new/fellow social media followers, held a giveaway for a midterm survival kit, met instafamous pup @beanthebostonbulldog and met fellow sister members of HC UGA. We had such an amazing weekend, and could not wait to show you our square, some of our favorite art, and the memories we made with everyone. Special thanks to HC SCAD member Kellie Hilton for designing the square and Kasey Appignani for capturing our day on video. Were you at sidewalk arts? Did you have a favorite piece? Hello! My name is Angela Kastrunes. I am a senior Fashion Marketing and Management student at SCAD. I am the founder/CC for Her Campus-SCAD. Our chapter has grown so much over the past 3 years. I'm excited to say we have expanded to the Atlanta campus, and now have over 20 members combined. It's very bittersweet to realize this is my last year, working as a CC for HC. After graduation I hope to either work in social media management, PR for a fashion brand/music label, or as an editor of a fashion magazine (or Her Campus Nationals).
