A good pair of boots used to be my go-to fall item, but now I am all about the sneaker wedges. I used to be against the increasingly popular item, but now, it’s all I need. I can be comfortable and stylish so easily! Here are three of my favorites on the market right now, and some flawless ways to style them:
These beauties that Alicia Keys paired up with Reebok to design ($119.99).
I tried them on in the mall, and they are so comfortable (Christmas present—hint, hint). The high collar made me skeptical at first, but girls with weak ankles will love them. I would love to (eventually) wear them with a cream dress like this one from Pepper Knot.
Add a sweater for the windy days, and a pair of knee highs and your set. P.S. The shoes are also available in black!
For my sportier girls who still like skirts, I would pair these Nike’s ($119.99) with this outfit from Tobi. The contrast of the soft velvet against the hardness of the sneakers makes for a great combonation. Try the look with a pair of velvet leggings as well.
Lastly, the Haerawiel wedges from Aldo ($90).
Black and leather- need I say more? These would be great for a busy day- wear with a pair of jeans, an ultra-comfy top and a simple jacket, or this jumpsuit from Forever 21 (that would also be killer with the taupe version of the wedges).
