Kamon Cash is a junior Graphic Design student. When he’s not at work, he can be found in the library, Dyson lab completing projects/homework, or around town hanging with friends.
HC: How is your New Year at SCAD thus far?
KC: It’s going well! I am exploring illustration this quarter, through Digital Illustration and Techniques. I had a passion for drawing when I first came to SCAD, and we don’t do that much in graphic design. I’m looking forward to this quarter.
HC: What do you want to do with a career in Graphic Design?
KC: I’m still working on that, but as of now, I am really interested in magazine and editorial work. I am also very interested in web or app design.
HC: What inspires your work?
KC: My life experiences definitely inspire me, as well as color.
HC: Where do you see yourself in five years?
KC: I definitely would like to be working at a design firm. I would also like to have my fine art in galleries on the side.
Be sure to say hello the next time you see Kamon around campus!
