The Importance of a Skin Care Routine
Your skin is the most exposed of out organs. 24/7 it protects are body from the environment and must of most neglect its care. When this happens, you’re susceptible to sun damage, early aging, and skin disease. A basic skin care routine can do wonders for your skin, because who doesn’t want to age gracefully. Once your skin is damage, it’s extremely hard to revert back, which is why you should focus on prevention. The earlier you start a skin care routine, the better.
A Basic Routine
A general rule for a skin care routine, is to start small and simple. It can be as basic as cleansing, and moisturizing. You have to remember that you have to pay attention to what your skin wants when creating your routine, everyone is different. It’s advised to consult a dermatologist first, to help kick start your routine. And don’t forget your sun protection, it’s a must.
