After years of waiting, Finding Dory will be hitting the big screen this summer. The Finding Nemo sequel, set six months after the Finding Nemo time frame, will follow a similar premise where the gang goes on a big journey through the ocean, only this time to find Dory’s parents that she finally remembers. A trailer was released this month featuring Dory, Nemo and his father Marlin as they travel across the ocean in search of Dory’s family. You’ll see some familiar places such as the dentist’s fish tank and the East Australian current where Dory and Marlin first met the surfer sea turtles.
The film comes out only two days before Father’s Day so order you’re tickets early for a sweet Daddy’s girl bonding day.
If you were a child during 2003 then you most definitely saw this iconic movie. 13 years later, those adults will be seeing the long awaited sequel to their favorite childhood movie. Ellen Degeneres, the voice of Dory released the first exclusive trailer on her talk show.
