1. Her grind- During the 8-month journey of her Coachella performance, Beyonce shows off how much she is a badass from waking up at 5 AM from the discipline of her diet from less than a month giving birth to her twins Rumi and Sir. Her diet obtains no sugar, no carbs, no meat and no alcohol which is a struggle. She even admits within the film that she was hungry but the fact that she gave up something to achieve a goal and her hard work and dedication of perfecting the performance showcases why she is one the best performance of all time.

2. Her vision- The fact that she is the first black women to ever headline the festival. She wanted to make a statement by exhibiting black excellence throughout the film which much appreciated. She was influenced by her love of HBCU’s because of her father attendance of going to HBCU. Also, her youth of attending Battle of the Bands competitions. Those little things that affected her upbringing made her into the person she is today. Wow knew she would big the star she was today. Watching actually made me appreciate her representing our culture in a big way. Hat’s off to Beyonce, man.

3. Her vulnerability- To the chaos of preparing for her Coachella performance, She just had her beautiful twins Rumi and Sir. She grapples through the self-doubt pressure that all women experience and the question running through every new mother’s mind. Can I bounce back? Do I have the time and dedication to do it all? Will, I will ever be the same? which is so relatable by the way. She also admits that she has insecurities about her body from time to time and got really candid about the pregnancy weight she admits she was 218 pounds when she gave birth to her twins. Who knew we would have a relatable moment with The Queen B? Hey, she human even though she pretty damn close to a superhuman.

4. BLUE IVY- Can we just talk about how freakin cute Blue Ivy is that girl is a boss man. We are seeing her grow up before eyes and her interest of performing and maybe Blue Ivy may fall in her mother’s footsteps. Watch out Beyonce!
