The Life of a Showgirl Review

Taylor Swift released The Life of a Showgirl on October 3rd. This album included 12 songs: The Fate of Ophelia, Elizabeth Taylor, Opalite, Father Figure, Eldest Daughter, Ruin the Friendship, Actually Romantic, Wi$h Li$t, Wood, CANCELLED!, Honey, and The Life of a Showgirl (Feat. Sabrina Carpenter).

I have been a Taylor Swift fan since I was in elementary school, when my sister showed me her music for the first time. In November, I attended the Eras Tour in Toronto, and it was one of the best nights of my life. When I saw that Taylor Swift was coming out with a new album, I was so excited. I really liked her last album, The Tortured Poets Department, and I was so excited to see what this one had in store. This album was not my favorite originally. However, I have listened to it for the last few days, and I am starting to like it a lot.

When I first heard Opalite, I immediately knew that I would love it. It has the same energy as 1989, and it’s a really catchy song. This is by far one of my favorite songs on the album.

The Life of a Showgirl (feat. Sabrina Carpenter) is also one of my favorite songs on the album. Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter are some of my favorite artists, so when I saw that she was featured in a song on the track list, I knew that it was going to be good.

I was not the biggest fan of The Fate of Ophelia when it first came out. I thought it was good, but it was not my favorite. However, the more I listen to this song, the more I love it. The tune is so catchy, the lyrics are so good, and the music video is amazing. The transitions in the music video are perfect, and her costumes are incredible.

I loved Honey when it first came out. It was my favorite song on the album at first. I am not a big fan of the lyrics, but I really like the beat and the tune of the song, and it’s really catchy.

I have mixed feelings about this album. As much as I love several of the songs on it, I am not a huge fan of a few of them. Overall, I really like The Life of a Showgirl, but it’s not my favorite album that she has released.
