Your Weekly Workout with Sarah and Rachel- Week 9

Day 1, Day 3, Day 5

  • Warm up
  • 30+ minutes of cardio of your choice (running, biking, etc.)
  • Cool down

 
Day 2

  • Warm up
  • Leg extensions 3x10
  • Leg curl 3x10
  • Leg Press 3x10
  • Circuit: (30 seconds at each station)
  • Hip bridge
  • Calf raises
  • Squats (or wall sits)
  • Superman
  • Cool down

 
Day 4

  • Warm up
  • Bench press
  • Tricep kickbacks
  • Circuit:
  • 20 squats holding a plate out in front of you
  • 10 donkey kicks
  • 10 fire hydrants
  • 1 minutes of jumping jacks
  • (Repeat 3 times)
  • Cool down
