- Squats (or wall sits)
- Superman

Day 4
- Warm up
- Bench press
- Tricep kickbacks
- Circuit:
- 20 squats holding a plate out in front of you
- 10 donkey kicks
- 10 fire hydrants
- 1 minutes of jumping jacks
- (Repeat 3 times)
- Cool down
