- 30+ minutes of cardio of your choice (running, biking, etc.)
- Cool down
Day 2
- Warm up
- Leg extensions 3x10
- Leg curl 3x10
- Leg Press 3x10
- Circuit: (30 seconds at each station)
- Hip bridge
- Calf raises
- Squats (or wall sits)
- Superman
- Cool down
Day 4
- Warm up
- Bench press
- Tricep kickbacks
- Circuit:
- 20 squats holding a plate out in front of you
- 10 donkey kicks
- 10 fire hydrants
- 1 minutes of jumping jacks
- (Repeat 3 times)
- Cool down
