As finals season approaches, stress starts to set in. Making sure to prioritize certain aspects of your health and study habits will help you to do better on your tests, and help to not lose your mind in the process. Here are some helpful reminders to keep your mental health at it’s best!

 

  1. Make sure to fuel your body with foods that are enjoyable and also make you feel good

  2. Get out for some fresh air to clear your mind

  3. Color code your notes based upon chapter or topic (it will help you make connections)

  4. Rewrite your notes, it really does help

  5. Make time for exercise or physical activity when you need a break from your studies

  6. Stay hydrated, it helps you focus

  7. Don’t leave your studying to the last minute

  8. Prioritize studying for the classes that you struggle with the most
