Things to Do When You Need A Break

 

There comes a point in the semester when you just want to scream, hide, run away or all of the above. If you’re having any of these symptoms I think you need a break. You need to treat yourself. Here are some ideas to get your mind away from deadlines, papers, tests, and extracurriculars.

  1. Go for a walk   

  2. Write

  3. Take a nap 

  4. DIY Spa Day  

  5. Turn off your cellphone, laptop, and/or tablet 

  6. De-Clutter 

  7. Hang out with friends 

  8. Call your mom 

  9. Meditate 

  10. Read a book
