Modern Woodman Park

Home of the Quad Cities River Bandits plus the best minor league ballpark in America! If you’re up to it, the River Bandits have games seasonally, of course, but are always super fun to go to. Every year St. Ambrose offers free tickets during welcome week for the first 200 students who claim their ticket. The stadium looks over the Mississippi river and has a Ferris wheel. Fun fact- if a player hits their ball into the corn a cow moo will sound.

Le Claire, Iowa

If you want to explore the other cities outside of Davenport, try Le Claire, Iowa! Le Claire, Iowa is home of the tv series “American Pickers” with their store, Antique Archeology! Le Claire offers a great view of the Mississippi and a small town feel with many little specialty shops and dining options. Le Claire also has many attractions including the Buffalo Bill Museum, and historical sightings.
