From mermaid blues, to pastel pinks, to lilacs, we’ve all spotted these fun colors on people’s locks around campus lately. More and more people have been changing their hair color lately, and there’s no doubt it’ll be in full force by the time spring arrives here in San Francisco!
No matter how short or long your hair is, you can color it as much or as little as possible. You can color the ends an edgy teal blue like trendsetter Kylie Jenner, or go all in and dye it a pastel pink or purple like Lady Gaga and Kelly Osbourne.
