Let’s face it, a lot of us are not 21 years old. This means that we cannot go bar hopping with the rest of our girlfriends.
While they are having momosas at a cool bar downtown we are stuck with the question: What can we do in the city under 21?
Well fear not! Surprisingly there are an abundance of things that we can do that don’t require an I.D check.
1. Go to Restaurants
There are many restaurants in San Francisco that you can enjoy with out worrying about your age. My personal favorite, so far, is American Cupcake.
2. Attend Concerts
The bright side about living in The City is that there is always some concert going on. So grab your drunky friends and attend a concert.
3. Watch a Movie
I know this is a safe bet and that you can do this anytime, anywhere BUT here in the city, and campus, there are outdoor movies. Usually, thanks to ASI, there are movie nights at the stairs of Caesar Chavez. As for The City, Dolores Park has been known to have some amazing movie nights. Who wouldn’t love a movie with a view of San Francisco??
4. Go Ice Skating
We are getting close to the holiday season which means that Union Square will not only be flooded by busy shoppers but also the skating rink will be set up for our under-21-year-old enjoyment!
5. Clubbing in The City
Yes, my fellow under agers. We are not restricted from clubbing. We can dance our little hearts out at different clubs around the city! You do in fact have to be 18 and older because, let’s be real, checking out little boys is illegal (and we are not pedophiles!). P.s.
