What does it mean to say, “you literally can’t even?” Can you metaphorically “can’t even?” And what can’t you even? We’re not quite sure why or where the phrase originated, but we have all had this moment of weakness when we have used this phrase. Here are those moments when you literally can’t even:

 

1) This skirt. Literally can’t even.

2) The numbers 3, 9, and 17. Literally can’t even.

3) This haircut. Literally can’t even.

4) This bumpy road. Literally can’t even. 

5) Without this, you literally can’t even.
