Meet this week’s campus cutie, Bridget Kenney, interviewed by her best friend and our very talented writer, Susana Guerrero! Bridget is a first year student from the Detroit area.
Why Saint Mary’s: It was a family tradition to attend the Notre Dame campus community.
Major: I’ll let you know in a few months, but for now I’m going to be adventurous.
Dream job: To be a mom of a big and happy family.
Favorite spot on campus: The Avenue, and the Grotto.
Favorite thing to do on campus: There is so much to do I can’t pick one, but I enjoy every moment I spend with my friends.
Highlight of your first year: Finally getting to experience the campus life as an actual student, and not just a little sister, and meeting my roommate Susi.
What was your biggest achievement at Saint Mary’s: Throwing a bomb Hot Chocolate party during 23/7 quiet hours.
Favorite thing to do on a rainy day: Going to coffee shops and listening to “Singing in the Rain” by Gene Kelly (The original).
How would your friends would use to describe you: Enthusiastic, whimsical, maternal, always happy, a little bit crazy but normal.
What is one thing you can’t live without: The people in my life.
What is one piece of advice you would give to incoming first years: Throw hot chocolate parties and become best friends with your hall director.
