What is your major?
Accounting and Marketing
What do you plan on doing after graduating from Saint Mary’s?
I plan on living in Chicago, hopefully with a good job!

What is your favorite part of Saint Mary’s?
My favorite part about Saint Mary’s is the sisterhood. I really have made my best friends for life here. Even outside of the friendships I have made, I found that I have related to so many random people because of Saint Mary’s. I’ve always felt at home there.
What are some of your ideas, goals, plans, etc. that you want to accomplish as student body president?
In general, as Student Body President I really want to encourage girls to become more involved. There are so many opportunities out there for girls here and I want to give as many outlets for girls to realize that. I want to improve the programming here so that events have much higher attendance. Making sure that the members of Student Government stay on top of things so that events and programming are at their best for the student body would make me so happy. Lastly, improving the tri-campus community is a priority on my list. I want to implement programming that works to break down some of the stigmas in the way of our three campuses working together as effectively and positively as possible.

What is your favorite quote?

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I would learn how to do all kinds of dance. I am so jealous of people that know how to dance. All I know how to do is wave my arms over my head…

When you have 30 minutes of free time, how do you pass the time?
By watching really crappy television, reading a really good book, or running around the lakes at Notre Dame.
Anything you would like to tell your fellow classmates and peers?
There is so much that you can take advantage of at Saint Mary’s. Don’t be afraid to try something new. Join a club or take a class outside of your major. We have three college campuses to take advantage of, so really try to! Along with this, I wasn’t kidding about the quote “do what you love, love what you do.” College is a time to figure things out about yourself. What you like and what you don’t like. No one is making you do anything you don’t want to, so find what you’re truly passionate about and do that instead. I know I put the most pressure on myself, but I never really mind the pressure when I am doing something I really love.
