What is your greatest accomplishment at SHU?
My greatest accomplishment will be on graduation day in May. Since I was a freshman, I have always strived to do my best and accomplish everything I could in order to get where I am today.
What do you hope to do with your major in the future?
I have always worked with children with special needs and I am hoping to continue that in the future. Helping others has always been a big part of my life and nothing gives me a better feeling than helping those in need.
What has been your greatest moments when working with these children?
There is no better moment then seeing the smiles on their faces, that is the gift they give to me.
Have you done any volunteer work pertaining to your major?
Volunteering is how I got started with figuring out what I wanted to do. My mom introduced me to the Special Olympics and I instantly fell in love with it. I have done volunteer work in schools hoping to eventually work as an OT for early intervention.
What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I like to hangout with my friends and visit my family.
