Another successful Halloween has come and gone this 2014 season, but I gotta tell ya, this was the most creative and craziest Halloween I have seen in my 20 years. From the insane facial makeup to the amazingly clever costume ideas, social media and the streets of Connecticut were Halloween-crazy this past weekend. Her Campus Sacred Heart requested that Sacred Heart students submit their costume photos with the chance to win best halloween costume recognition. We received a TON of submissions, all fantastic. So to make it fair we broke down the submissions into five categories and chose no more than five top pics for each! Look below to find out who are the Her Campus winners!
