With a new year comes new music. With her unique voice and powerful vocals, Halsey has finally released a new album titled Manic. There has been a lot of hype for the release of this album and Halsey herself was very excited to share her art with the rest of the world.

Halsey takes a more personal approach on this album through the storytelling in her lyrics. Each song has a personal connection and it is one of the most unique things that an artist can do in the work that they showcase to the rest of the world.

The album itself has many different genres and it definitely has something for everyone. Even if you aren’t a fan of Halsey, there is definitely a song in Manic that will suit your personal music tastes. Fans of K-pop are sure to love Suga’s Interlude because it features Suga of K-pop boy group BTS. Halsey also features rapper Dominic Fike and Canadian singer Alanis Morisette in their own tracks. If you’re a fan of country, You should be sad will be a favorite for sure.

The album also includes Without Me, Halsey’s number one single as an artist. As a longtime fan who has followed Halsey for a couple years now, this album is phenomenally written and created in such a way that fans are able to experience what she has gone through as an artist and an individual going through the challenges of life.

With the release of Manic, the new decade is off to an already great start in the music industry. You can listen to the full album on Apple Music, Spotify, and Youtube.
