The BEST White Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Fall is officially here, the perfect time to cozy up with your girlfriends, watch a spooky movie and make the BEST pumpkin cookies you will ever have! This recipe is super easy to make and only takes a few minutes to prepare. 

You will need: 

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 ⅓ cup brown sugar

½ cup regular sugar

½ cup melted butter

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pumpkin spice

3 cups flour

White chocolate chips (measure with your heart!)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. First mix together your pumpkin puree, brown sugar, regular sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Mix your dry ingredients: baking soda, salt, pumpkin spice, and flour.
  4. Add this mixture to your wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in as many white chocolate chips as you like!
  6. Line your pan with a non-stick parchment paper, baking sheet, or spray with cooking oil.
  7. Bake your cookies at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes and enjoy!
