With finals week around the corner, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with stress and feel like there is no escaping it. However, as important as finals are, it’s even more important to take care of your mental health. I find that taking regular breaks during finals season helps not just mentally, but also helps improve academic performance by resetting the mind and making it easier to focus. One of my favorite ways to take a break and relax while studying is to watch an episode of a sitcom or comedy show. After all, they do say that “laughter is the best medicine”. Here are some of my favorites!
