I know that I am so behind on the celebrity gossip, but I saw this tweet from Kim Kardashian:
Needless to say, I don’t keep up with the Kardashians. If I’m being honest, I’m not very interested in their lives. But I do know what it’s like to live with a single mom. It’s rough. My mom had to make hard financial, parenting, and wellness choices every single day of her life. She worked her ass off every day of her life. And anyone as ridiculously wealthy as the Kardashians to claim that struggle is blatantly disrespectful.
And before you say it–I know what the definition of a single parent is. I know that on paper Khloe Kardashian is a single mom. If she leaves Tristan, she’s a single parent. But for Kim to say that she had to stay with her husband to provide for her daughter is a flimsy excuse.
Khloe Kardashian has a strong support system of billionaires. She doesn’t have to struggle to pay her bills. She doesn’t have to worry about leaving work and losing money if her daughter is sick. Hell, if Khloe wanted to she could hire a nanny, a maid, and have her parental worries taken if she wanted to. I’m not saying that Khloe or Kim aren’t entitled to say that she is stressed, but money will never be at the top of their worries like it was for my mom.
