Roosevelt University Biology student, Kerrigan Tobin, is not only celebrating her birthday this week (Happy Early Birthday!) but also running for Homecoming Queen. What’s your favorite memory at Roosevelt University?
My favorite memory at RU is either my freshmen orientation where I bonded with some of my now best friends or the first time I attended CSI’s student leadership summit. These fun, inclusive environments made me fall in love with RU and helped me make lifelong friendships.
What made you run for Homecoming court?
I was too scared to do it in high school but I’m so comfortable at Roosevelt and I love our student body so I thought I would go for it.

What are you wearing to homecoming? I’m still looking for the perfect dress (probably black to show some 007 style) but for sure I’ll be rocking dark eyebrows and winged eyeliner. And hopefully I’ll have an extra accessory by the end of the night if I’m lucky.
Is there a song you are excited for the DJ to play at the dance?
The entire Renaissance Blackstone Hotel better sing along when they play Drake’s hotline bling.
