Advice for incoming freshmen: You’re not in high school anymore, where people are forced to be there. You’re in a higher learning institution everyone competed to get into. You’re going to feel average or below average at times. It’s probably going to be the first time you’ve felt that way, but it’s ok. You’re probably doing better than you think you are. Also, never eat Panda or wear a lanyard. You’ll regret it.
Favorite thing about U of R:Â Most people, if not everyone, are constantly trying to better themselves.
Campus involvement:Â Drama House, Todd Theatre, Gamma Phi Beta, The Vagina Monologues, University Chamber Singers, No Jackets Required, Orientation Volunteer, and I work as a Student Aide and SafeRide.
Dream job:Â Working, possibly in artistic administration, at the Metropolitan Opera.
