Ice skating on a frozen lake with nobody for miles in the woods, with snow everywhere. Then go for a midnight picnic by moonlight, somewhere beautiful where you can look up at the stars. I would bring blankets in case it gets  too cold, and a bottle of French wine, and the finest cheese imported from Italy. Then head back to the cabin and snuggle up on the couch with some hot chocolate. Finally, turn on the Notebook and fall asleep in each others arms.
