Youtube, as with other forms of social media, has a very prominent yin and yang effect going on. There’s so much good, but also quite a lot of the bad.

That being said, Youtube can be used as an incredibly effective tool in many ways. If you have access to a phone/tablet/computer with an internet connection, you have an unlimited amount of recourses accessible to you to learn new things and transcend your being to higher dimensions of living. What a blessing that we so often take for granted!

Content intake (mindless scrolling)

Building up the ability to stop yourself from the mindless scrolling, watching content that is quite literally doing the exact opposite of improving your life and your mindset is a long process, but trust me, it’s so worth it.

Every time I leave Youtube now, I leave with new knowledge, a transcended mindset, wonderful inspiration, and/or a new skill. Whereas before, I left feeling drained and submissive as I let myself fall into the black hole of scrolling through meaningless content that is there to draw views for the pure reason of gaining money or fame.

Choose what you absorb

Learn how to say no. Over time, the algorithm will (for the most part) become a tool for you and show you things that will resonate with you, if you take control of it.

Since I have started taking control, I have found some incredibly beautiful and inspirational beings on Youtube. I would truly recommend that you take a look at their pages and view their content. Much of it has opened my mind and my heart space.

Seeing the way others live their lives and share their experiences and knowledge through a space of love has been transformational for me. Sending you love and peace, beautiful beings!
