R.I.C.E. recently celebrated the Hindu holiday of Holi with some Indian food and some other fun. Holi is a celebration that commemorates the end of the winter and is celebrated by people throwing colored water, powder and even flowers in some cases at each other. Utah has hosted a celebration of it nicknaming it the festival of colors. After dining on Samosas and Tandoori chicken Rhodes students had the joy of pummeling each other with powder paint. This was truly a fun and unique celebration.
