Think you don’t have the time for a workout? Try this full-body 20-minute calorie burning workout.

Warm up on a bike, treadmill, or elliptical for 5 minutes. Then do each of the following exercises for 30 seconds. Once you finish a round, rest one minute and then start the next round.  Repeat three times.

High knees  (30sec)Plank punches (30sec)Jumping jacks  (30sec)Jump rope (30sec) *Push-ups  (30sec)

-Rest 1 Minute-

Burpees (30sec)Squats (30sec)Lunges (30sec)Mountain climbers(30sec)Butt Kicks(30sec) 

*You don’t actually need to use a jump rope, just jump in place in a jump-roping motion.

 

Have more than 20 minutes? Challenge yourself to complete as many rounds as you can! (If you do this again, try and beat your old score!)
