21 Thoughts Every Girl Has in the Shower

In the shower this morning, I was having all these random thoughts and started to ask myself if other girls also have these thoughts.  So, here’s to sincerely hoping I’m not the only one out there that thinks these things.

Pre-shower:

1.  Ughhhhh.  I don’t want to shower, but I definitely have to.

2.  Okay.  I’m already in the bathroom; I might as well take off my clothes and just jump in, right?

3.  Crap, I’ve already taken off all my clothes, but I forgot my towel in my room.  *Makes a mad dash back to room to fetch towel*

4.  What Pandora station do I want to listen to today?  Who am I kidding….the answer is always going to be ‘John Mayer radio.’

In the shower:

5.  It’s like I’m havin my own private concert in here.  I…am…BEYONCÉ.

6.  Should I wash my hair today?  How many days has it been?

7.  Yeah, yep….I should definitely wash my hair.

8.  I used wayyyyy too much shampoo.  This soap is never, ever going to come out of my hair.

9.  Condition, condition, condition all the knots away.

10.  I am ready for battle.  *Puts face wash on like war paint*

11.  Oops!  Too much body wash on the loofah.  I wonder if everyone always uses too much soap.  Maybe this is why I’m buying new shower stuff every other week.

12.  Ohhh, should I shave?

13.  When was the last time I shaved?

14.  Do I really need to shave?  Who am I seeing today?  Who is really going to see my legs or armpits today?

15.  Okay, okay.  I’ll shave.

16.  Anddddddd I’ve cut myself.  This is why I don’t shave.

17.  One day, I’m going to be so rich, and I’m going to get laser hair removal and never worry about shaving again.

18. Finally done shaving.  Now I won’t have to shave for another three or four days.  Who am I kidding?  It’s getting cold; I’m going into full shaving hibernation mode until spring.

Post-shower:

19. Drying off, drying off.  Okay, this is too much effort.  I’ll air dry.

20.  Should I get dressed?

21.  Nahhhh, I’m just going to lay here in my towel for the next 20 minutes, or maybe an hour, or forever.
